The Barragan Foundation is a non-profit institution based in Switzerland. It does not pursue any commercial activities. The Barragan Foundation takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. This notice is intended to inform you about the type of personal data that is collected when you use the barragan-foundation.org website, as well as how we process, store and protect that data. Collection and storage of personal data

Use of YouTube plug-ins

Plug-ins of www.youtube.com, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”), are integrated in our website. When you access pages of our website which contain such a plug-in, a connection to the YouTube servers is established, whereby the plug-in is displayed on the website via message to your browser. In this way information as to which of our Web pages you have visited is transmitted to the YouTube server. YouTube is in principle responsible for the collection and processing of personal user data on YouTube. Please note that YouTube can collect and process certain data even if you do not have your own YouTube account. Further information on data processing by YouTube can be found in their privacy policy. It is conceivable that some of the information collected will also be processed outside the European Union by YouTube and Google based in the USA.
